A launch email introducing SUBCON construction software to subcontractors who did not know the category applied to them — built and sent through Zoho Campaigns.

Most construction firms are not shopping for project management software — they do not know the category is meant for them. So this email could not open the way a product pitch opens to an audience already in-market. It had to explain, in the trade’s own terms, what problem the software solves before asking for anything at all.
Built as a single scrollable argument in Zoho Campaigns rather than a feature list. A branded header, then the case made in plain language: project planning that holds timelines, resource allocation that lifts productivity, real-time financial tracking for cost control, and one integrated system instead of a patchwork of apps. Visuals were produced in Photoshop and Figma and deliberately kept subordinate to the copy. One call to action at the end — request a demo — with nothing competing for the click.
Written as a plain-language argument for an audience new to the category, not a feature list
Four concrete benefits — planning, resource allocation, cost tracking, integration — each in the trade’s own terms
A single Request a Demo call to action, with no competing links
