A childcare management platform built in Zoho Creator — scheduling, enrolment, attendance, billing, parent communication — together with the Zoho Sites marketing site that sells it.

Running a childcare centre means holding staff rosters, enrolment, attendance, billing, parent updates and reporting together — usually across paper, phone calls and whichever spreadsheet the director keeps. The failures are not dramatic, they are constant and small. Building the fix creates a second problem: the buyer is an owner, not a developer, and will not adopt a system they cannot understand in a minute.
Two deliverables, one system. The product is a Zoho Creator application whose dashboard opens on what an administrator needs first — who is in the building right now, recent activity across each school in the group, and the day’s weather for outdoor planning — with scheduling, enrolment, billing, attendance and reporting behind it. The marketing site was then built separately on Zoho Sites and written for owners rather than administrators: plain benefit language, illustration instead of feature tables, and one Request a Demo path running through the page.

Dashboard opens on live occupancy and recent activity rather than a menu of modules
Scheduling, enrolment, attendance, billing and reporting consolidated into one Creator app
Cloud-based, so a centre is manageable from outside the building
Separate Zoho Sites marketing site written in owner language, not admin language
A single Request a Demo conversion path carried across the whole site
